Are market orders the only order type available to ISV users?
Market orders only at launch. Limit orders can be added — reach out if your users have appetite for them and we'll scope it in.
Are non-sports markets available — crypto, politics, entertainment?
Sports only at launch. Planned expansion order:
- Q3 — Crypto (hourly and all crypto markets), Politics (ahead of midterms)
- Q3–Q4 — Economic and market events, broader political events, entertainment, and more
What parlay support exists — max legs, payout caps?
Max parlay length is 12 legs. There is no platform-level payout cap — max payout is determined by the LP's quoted max stake and resulting odds for that ticket. Caps vary by sport, market mix, and LP risk tolerance.
Average available liquidity per combination runs approximately $40K–$100K depending on sports and markets, and is expected to grow significantly over time.
Are same-game parlays (SGPs) supported?
Yes — SGPs make up the majority of parlay volume. All markets on the platform are combinable with no restrictions, except logically ineligible combinations (e.g. moneyline + spread on the same game). SGP coverage is widest on major sports: football, basketball, baseball, hockey, tennis, MMA, and golf.
What is the average fill time for parlays?
Quotes return in two seconds or less via the RFQ flow. Once a quote is returned, the patron has a confirmation window before the price expires and a new RFQ must be triggered.
How is parlay liquidity sourced?
LP-quoted via RFQ. Pricing is competitive — more often than not best in market on comparable SGP and parlay combinations.
Are partial fills possible on parlays?
From the quoter's perspective, partial fills are possible. Liquidity is offered on the entire combination, not individual legs — each time a new leg is added, a new RFQ is triggered. Nearly all combinations are covered unless there is a legitimate reason not to be (e.g. a player has an injury designation).
How are correlated legs handled?
All markets on the platform are combinable. Each LP applies their own correlation model — pricing for correlated combinations is handled at the LP level and reflected in the RFQ quote.
Does the ISV API support an omnibus / pooled account model?
Yes. You pre-fund a shared wallet with USD — ProphetX uses it as a running ledger with configurable alerts and thresholds. Individual user orders debit from the shared balance. You are responsible for tracking user-level balances on your side; ProphetX manages the shared wallet check.
This is the recommended model for operators using their own payment rails. If you use the ProphetX wallet instead, balance checks are handled at the individual player level.
What does the daily reconciliation process look like?
ProphetX tracks all orders placed, fills, settlements, fees, and net positions, and can reconcile at any cadence. Reconciliation frequency is agreed per partner. Settlement files are available via CSV or API endpoint.
What are the net settlement mechanics and frequency?
Short-term settlement is via banking or wire transfer. Long-term, ProphetX is working toward crypto stablecoin settlement.
Frequency is flexible — either threshold-based (settle when balance hits a defined level) or time-based (daily, weekly, etc.). Structure is agreed per partner with the goal of minimal operational lift on both sides.
Who holds customer funds from a regulatory standpoint?
ProphetX holds customer funds from a regulatory perspective. As a registered Introducing Broker (IB), the ISV partner sits in the introducing role — ProphetX is responsible for the custody chain for compliance purposes.
What is the ISV fee structure?
The fee is a non-linear transaction fee that scales with the odds/probability of the contract. All inputs are fully configurable per partner — you can dial the fee up or down as needed. The system is built for maximum flexibility.
The fee is deducted from requestedQuantity at order submission time via the fee field in the ISV API.
Is the fee structure different for parlays vs. straight orders?
Technically no — the same fee mechanism applies. However, because the fee is non-linear and scales with probability, parlays naturally fall into odds ranges that generate higher monetisation than straight bets. No separate per-leg or per-parlay fee is applied.
Are there minimum volume commitments or revenue guarantees?
No minimums and no revenue guarantees required. ProphetX is open to exploring tiered fee structures based on volume or revenue goals for partners that want them.
Are there additional fees beyond the per-order ISV fee?
For partners using their own wallet and payment rails, additional fees are negligible — limited to IP-based geolocation and KYC fees, totalling less than $1 per player.
What is the full webhook contract?
Full webhook specification — push event types (order state changes, settlements, KYC updates), payload formats, and retry logic — is documented at:
How does geolocation work for ISV partners?
ProphetX no longer uses GeoComply. Geolocation is now IP-based and handled entirely server-side. The only requirement for ISV partners is to forward the client IP address in JWT claims for user-scoped requests.
What does the fixtures API look like — events, markets, contract discovery?
Full fixtures API documentation — browsing events, drilling into markets and contracts, real-time price feeds:
- Fixtures browsing: isv-docs.prophetx.co/docs/fixtures-browsing-markets
- Real-time updates: isv-docs.prophetx.co/docs/webhooks-push-events
What parlay-specific endpoints are available in the ISV tier?
Four dedicated taker-side endpoints for ISV parlay functionality. The maker side remains within the existing Parlay API.
POST /private/v1/parlays/{parlayId}/confirm → Executes trade at the quoted price
GET /private/v1/parlays/{parlayId} → Check fillStatus and settlementStatus
GET /private/v1/parlays → Access paginated parlay history
What deposit and withdrawal methods does the Embedded UI support?
If using the ProphetX wallet: Trustly, Zerohash, and bank transfer. Additional methods are actively being added.
If you bring your own payment rails, these methods are not required — your existing infrastructure works with the omnibus model.
What is the sandbox-to-production timeline?
Timeline depends on integration speed. Once your integration is fully live in sandbox, ProphetX monitors activity for a few days up to a week — if everything looks correct, production credentials are issued. A detailed certification checklist is available on request.
Can users manage orders entirely through the ISV API?
Yes. Full order management — cancellations, order history, and status — is available within the ISV UI. This is one of the key screens ISV partners own and control. Users do not need to log into ProphetX directly.
What are the minimum and maximum order sizes?
At launch:
- Minimum —
$1.00per trade - Maximum —
$50,000per trade /$1,000,000per position
Both limits are fully configurable long-term. Daily and weekly user-level limits can also be set per partner configuration.
Are limit orders planned for the ISV API?
Not available at MVP — market orders only at launch. Limit orders can be added if there is partner or user demand. Raise it with your integration contact and it will be scoped in.
Is cash-out / early settlement available via the ISV API?
Not available at MVP, but on the near-term roadmap. ProphetX plans to add cash-out / early settlement shortly after launch. Raise it with your integration contact if it is a priority for your users.
