Returns the caller's wallet row.
- With both X-ProphetX-ISV and X-ProphetX-User: returns the user's wallet.
- With only X-ProphetX-ISV: returns the ISV pot (SHARED only). Returns
404 for INDIVIDUAL ISVs since no pot row exists for them.
